Being a frequent punter on the Blackjack table, here are my views on how to make a small profit but the ultimate way of winning from a casino is still your DISCIPLINE.
Always set a winning target amount regardless of the time concerned. It could be just 5 mins & you have to walk off rather than thinking it's still early as your luck in every hour could be just the mere 5 mins out there.
In Blackjack, I feel a player have the advantage of 'surrendering' & losing half of your bets if your cards are between 14 - 16 provided the dealer's 1st card is a picture card or a 9/10.
We can get a payment of 1.5 times of our bet if it's a Blackjack on our cards whereas dealers doesn't take any extra if they got a Blackjack.
We could also split our cards if we're getting a pair of 6,7 or 8 provided the dealer's 1st card is between a 4,5 or 6.
Most tables in Blackjack have card nos. coming to a total of 9,10 or 11 (total of 2 cards in a row) example.......a card no. 3 is dealed, most probably the next card is a small card or a 7 or 8. A no. 2 card will be followed by a 9 but then if it's a card no. 9 dealed, the next card getting a picture or no. 10 is greater.
The best position to take is box no 1 cause the player stands to see the last card dealed by the dealer and can take a risk by buying a bigger stake. For example, the last card that the banker got is a picture or Ace, most probably the next card dealed will be a 10 or a picture which stands a good chance for a 20 or Blackjack for the 1st playeron the following game. If the last card dealed is a 5, then the next card followed will always be a middle card (doesn't know why) but always the same scenerio. Other casinos do take away a card before dealing on a new game but it doesn't happen in Sands & that's why I like it.
As a last player, sometimes he'she needs to sacrifice (take away the dealer's card) so it's always better that the last player punt on a smaller bet. Good luck and hoped my theory helps a bit.
P.S. not all tables worked this way but you could stand at the sides and observe & if the cards does follow what I have mentioned, you're on luck manz. Happy betting guys.
