In accordance to the latest measures announced by the Multi-Ministry Task Force (MTF) on 3 April 2020, Singapore Pools will suspend all lottery draws and totalisator sales to align with the nation-wide measures to manage the Covid-19 situation.

4D Lottery Draws. Singapore Pools will conduct the 4D lottery draws scheduled for Saturday (4 April 2020) and Sunday (5 April 2020). Subsequent 4D draws will be suspended till further notice.

TOTO Lottery Draws. The TOTO lottery draw scheduled on Monday (6 April 2020) will be cancelled. Customers who have placed bets for this draw are urged to hold on to their tickets. More information on the refund will be provided. Subsequent TOTO draws will be suspended until further notice.

Sports Betting and Wagering. In line with the recent cessation of global sports and horse racing events, local horse racing activities at the Singapore Turf Club will temporarily suspend, with effect from Tuesday (7 April 2020). As such, Singapore Pools will not be offering sports betting and wagering until further notice.

With the suspension of 4D and Toto Lottery draws, all Singapore Pools’ outlets, comprising branches and authorised retailers, will be closed from next Tuesday (7 April 2020) till further notice. Account betting service will be suspended as well.

Prize payment services will continue to be available until next Monday (6 April). In light of the suspension of retail services, the prize claim period will be extended. More information on the extension will be provided later.

Singapore Pools is committed to operate in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with guidelines from the MTF. We seek our customers’ understanding that these measures are necessary for their safety and well-being. We thank them for their continuing support.

With the continued safe re-opening of businesses in Phase 2, and stringent Safe Management Measures (SMM) implemented at all Singapore Pools' outlets since June 2020, Singapore Pools will gradually resume normal services in a safe and calibrated manner.
On 25 June 2020, to better manage queues and facilitate crowd management for compliance with SMM, Singapore Pools amended the game rules to allow for TOTO to cascade at the second consecutive draw (without a Group 1 Prize Winner) instead of the normal fourth consecutive draw (without a Group 1 Prize Winner). From 29 October 2020, Singapore Pools will allow TOTO to cascade at the third consecutive draw (without a Group 1 Prize Winner), effective until further notice.
Singapore Pools will continue to deploy ground assistants and enforcement units to safeguard the safety and welfare of our customers, who are of utmost priority to us. Existing safe management measures are periodically reviewed and strengthened, in line with endorsed guidelines by the relevant authorities.
