This is an official complaint letter regarding a .com manager named Hailey, who deliberately close my account because she was not happy after i requested her to call me to apologize for hanging up my call and shouting at me at the top of her voice when talking to me.
When I asked if I could speak to another manager, she said she is the only manager and she literally said she does not report to anybody and she owns . When I spoke to Honey , another agent, Honey was able to request another manager to call me besides Hailey.. With all said, Hailey is not fit to be a manager and I need an apology from Hailey…
It all begun when deliberately rejected my withdrawal of 300 on 2nd April 2022. I have been with the company since 2007 and made numerous withdrawals without any problems.. On 3rd April 2022, after 15 years with , they tell me they rejected my withdrawal because I registered my name wrongly. My name, Derek Phoon, was changed to “savings account”.
I really feel that this change was deliberately done by Hailey because I had have some arguments with her on a phone call regarding my turnover calculation. This is against the law and I will make a police report if Hailey does not apologize on this.
Out of frustration, I said I will not want to bet with anymore and would like to close my account. Chelsea told me that for closing the account i need to provide some verification. After much consideration, I decided that I would not want to close that account and therefore did not provide the verification. However, Hailey closed my acc anyway! How do u know that the person is me without doing proper verification?
When I insisted to open back my account, Hailey wanted me to provided elaborate verification! But I insisted if Closing did not verify, dun ask to verify when opening back the account.. After threatening to make a complaint to CEZA, Honey reactivated my account and even requested Hailey to call me for an apology. During the call, Hailey was reluctant and not sincere in her apology. She even purposely deactivate my account for a second time after the call. Just for Revenge sake.
I will not tolerate this behavoiur, not in any betting community. I hope to get to the bottom of this and Hailey get the necessary coaching and warning. And I wish to get my account reactivated with immediate effect. Please also request a call from Hailey to me with a sincere apology. I hope CEZA can get to the bottom of this. My next complaint will be Malaysia’s Enforcement Agencies.
