Depending on which entity too. Those that can be given more relax rules, they don’t. Take for example, MOM tightens the rules for hiring Malaysians as servers or in the F&B sector with higher quotas. MOM jolly well knows Singaporeans doesn’t wanna work in the F&B sector and even appeals made by the restaurant association CEO s requesting for lowering the quotas were not given. Have been ages and that’s one reason why many F&B closed shop due to higher costs … MOM never learn and listen to the public … sadz
